We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that generally applies to EU distance purchases (subject to legal exceptions). The return process, return address and who pays return postage must be confirmed before opening sales.

30-day store return period

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This voluntary store policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

EU/EEA withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer law applies to your online purchase, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Wait for instructions and the return address before shipping an item.

Return condition

Eligible products should be returned in good condition, preferably in their original packaging and with the included accessories.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping may be your responsibility where permitted by law and where you were informed of that cost before purchase. If goods are faulty or incorrect, mandatory consumer rights concerning return costs continue to apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

France: new consumer goods are covered by the statutory 2-year legal conformity guarantee.

Spain: new consumer goods are covered by the statutory 3-year legal conformity guarantee.

These statutory rights are separate from any additional commercial warranty offered by a manufacturer.
